Partner ( 10 plus years of experience) responsibility

All projects should be signed by partners in the final stage and they are also responsible for relationship with the big clients. Partner commands the business and gives strategic guidance, and also looks for new opportunities and provides innovative ideas for project consulting.

Big client manager（8 plus years of experience）responsibility

Responsible for management of large or special projects, like IPO, merger & acquisition, assets reorganization, etc. They are experts in a certain industry area or market.

Senior evaluator/senior account (6-8 years of experience) responsibility

Responsible for the whole process of a larger project covering formulating work plan and submitting reports. Before submitting report, it must be reviewed by partner or senior managers. Senior accountants or evaluators are the highest representatives at the client site in the whole process.

Project manager (4-6years of experience) responsibility

Assist the Customer Department in negotiating expenses, plan and work division of a project, report the project progression status to the partner in charge, keep regular contact with the clients, ensure the work completed within budget, and submit project report to the client in a timely and high-quality manner.
