1. Research report on the feasibility of the
non-patented technology which is composed of the following parts:
(1) Assignment gist and background (program demonstration)
(2) Introduction of this non-patented technology.
(3) Evaluation of economy and finance.
(4) Put forward annual investment plan (if capital investment
is required)
(5) Financial statements within three years should be provided
if the technological achievements have been switched into productivity.
(6) Income period of non-patented technology and other conditions
in terms of estimated yield quota which include management ability
of the non-patented technology holder, technology renovation
and new product development ability, profit-making ability and
yield level of the non-patented technology, lifetime for technology
and economy of the non-patented technology products, unit price
for sales, sales amounts, market occupation ratio and profits.
Unit price for the products with the same function, market occupation
ratio for the main competitive products, profit-making conditions.
2. Technical appraisal documents on the project achievements
and referential certificates, letters and encouragements by
officials concerned as well as copies of ratified documents
by the units concerned.
3. Title holder certificate
(1) Copy of business license of enterprise representative provided
by the enterprise
(2) Copy of identity card of assets equity receiver provided
by the natural person.
4. The concrete content of the non-patented technology, including
item, genre, concrete content, the products it will be carried
on and the area of the products application, authenticity, validity,
progress, monopoly, mature extent and experienced appraisal
and confirmation etc.
5. The use of the non-patented technology
Content: premise and basic conditions in terms of economy, technology,
equipments, crafts, primary materials, environment required
by non-patented use, implementation period, area of application,
application rights and property transfer.

5.
