1. Research report (or
business planning book) for the project feasibility, the following
parts are included:
(1) Project introduction
(2) Evaluation of economy and finance.
(3) Investment plan
(4) Income forecast for the future five years (including annual
marketing outputs, sales income, sales costs, management costs,
financial costs, pretax profit and rate of the return)
(5) The analysis of social and economic benefits for the project
(6) Natural and geographical conditions of the project location
and social economic situations.
2. Declaration materials for the project undertaker and copy
of ratified documents by the relevant units.
3. Kind assets title certificate in relation to the project,
namely title certificate for housings and buildings and copy
of land usufruct certificate.
4. Title owner certificate (project undertaker)
(1) Eg. Copy of business license of the enterprise representative
provided by the enterprise.
(2) Eg. Copy of identity card of assets beneficiary provided
by the natural person.
5. Project financing scheme and cooperation agreement
6. If the project needs financing and extension, formal annual
finance schemes and audit reports of the enterprise should
be provided.
