1.Copy of business license of the enterprise or copy of individual identity cards.
2.Certificate of title registration for state-owned assets (excluding non-state owned property)
3.Other relevant title certificate for machines and equipments and other substitution documents.
4.Certificate for relevant equipments storage.
5. Purchase agreements, payment vouchers and photos for the referential crucial assets.
6. Check-up schedule for assets evaluation.
7.Instruction for the use of the equipments (examples are given for those main equipments)
8. Bid documents for the partial main equipments, see also contract and payment vouchers provided by the enterprise.
9. Periodical maintenance and examination records for main equipments.

10. Certificate of land usufruct.
11. Planning documents for placing case on file by administrative departments in charge of local government.
12. The planning warrant of construction project of the local government.
13. The planning warrant of land used for building of local government.
14. Mortgage for housings and buildings.
15. Other materials in terms of building evaluation.
